Registration for the Innovative Communities: Past, Present, and Future conference will open on August 20, 2026.

Space is limited to 150 participants, and registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. To encourage participation in the full conference, Conference Registration will open first. Free Guest Registration will become available on October 10, subject to space availability.

Registration Deadlines
Conference Registration will close 30 days before the conference to allow organizers to provide final headcount to caterers. After that date, Guest Registration may remain open if space is available and the conference has not reached its capacity of 150 participants.

Cancellation Policy
Conference Registration: Registration fees are non-refundable.

Guest Registration may be cancelled at any time prior to the conference. If you will not be able to attend the conference, please email harmony@usi.edu to allow waitlisted registrants to attend.
Waitlist
Attendance at the conference is limited to 150 participants. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Conference Registration will remain available until October 9, 2026, or until capacity is reached, and includes conference meals and materials. Because final attendance numbers must be submitted to caterers in advance, no additional Conference Registrations can be accepted after October 9. If space remains available, Guest Registration will continue to be offered until November 6, 2026.
Financial Assistance
Financial assistance is not available. To encourage broad participation, the conference offers a free Guest Registration option for individuals who wish to attend conference programming without participating in conference meals.
